With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Umm Al Qura University, my career at Dar
Al-Handasah
(Shair & Partners) has been marked by a consistent commitment to excellence.
Notable achievements include managing critical
infrastructure projects, such as the transformative expansion of the Holy Mosque in Makkah, and
the Central Utility Complex
(CUC) that I successfully handed over to the End User. I excel in change management,
communication, interface management,
risk management, and compliance, and I offer valuable technical proficiency in electrical
